1. Who we are
The Fun Tour runs a live comedy and theatre show on a coach that tours central London. In this policy "we" and "us" means The Fun Tour. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are the data controller.

2. What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, number of tickets, date and time of your show, and anything you tell us in a message.
- Payment details: card payments are handled by our booking system, Ventrata, and its payment provider Adyen. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website data, only if you accept cookies: pages you visit, your device and browser, rough location (city or country), and the ad or link that brought you to us.
- Messages: what you send us by email or Instagram.
3. How we use it and why
- To take your booking, send your tickets and reminders, and handle changes, cancellations and refunds. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
- To answer your questions and help on the day. This is in our legitimate interest in running the show well.
- To keep financial records, because the law requires it.
- To measure which ads and pages bring bookings, only with your consent (see Cookies below). We do not sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
- Ventrata runs our booking and ticketing system and processes bookings for us. Its payment provider Adyen processes card payments.
- Google provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, only if you accept cookies. Google explains how it uses data at policies.google.com.
- If you booked through another website or ticket seller, such as GetYourGuide or Go City, that company shares your booking details with us, and its own privacy policy also applies.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Some of these companies may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually six years, then delete them. Website measurement data is kept by Google under the settings in our Google Analytics account.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time. Email support@thefuntour.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
What we use
- Needed for booking (always on): our booking widget from Ventrata, which uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop fraud, and a small note in your browser that remembers your cookie choice.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages help people book.
- Advertising (only if you accept): Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure which ads lead to bookings.
These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. Until you click Accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google is told you have not consented (Google Consent Mode). Google may still receive basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed or a booking was made, which it uses to estimate results without identifying you.

Terms and conditions
1. Your booking
These terms apply when you book The Fun Tour on this website. Bookings are processed by Ventrata for us. Your booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email with your tickets. If you booked through another website or ticket seller, its terms apply to the purchase as well.
2. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay, including any booking fee. Children pay the same price as adults.
3. Cancellations and changes
- You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your show for a full refund.
- You can change the date or time free of charge up to 24 hours before your show.
- Within 24 hours of your show, cancellations and changes are not possible and tickets are not refunded.
- To cancel or change, email cancelations@thefuntour.com with your booking reference.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
4. On the day
- Meet at Coach Bay, 40B Victoria Embankment, London WC2N 6PB. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
- The show starts on time. If you arrive late or miss the coach, we cannot rebook you and the ticket is not refunded.
- The show lasts 60 to 75 minutes, depending on London traffic, and is performed in English.
- There is no toilet on board, and no food or alcohol is allowed on the coach.
- The show runs rain or shine. The coach is covered.
- Characters and parts of the show can vary from one show to the next.
5. Accessibility
If anyone in your group uses a wheelchair or has access needs, please email support@thefuntour.com before you book. Tell us your date and what you need, and we will check what is available.
6. If we have to change or cancel
Very occasionally we may need to cancel a show, for example because of a vehicle problem, severe weather or road closures. If we cancel, we will offer you a new date or a full refund. The route can change on the day because of traffic or events in London.
7. Behaviour and safety
Please stay seated while the coach is moving and follow the crew's instructions. We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave, without a refund, if their behaviour puts others at risk or spoils the show for other guests.
8. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your tickets. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
